Arrival | Kaal Bhairav Darshan | Ganga Aarti & Ghats
We arrive in Varanasi and check into our hotel. After some time to freshen up and relax, we begin our first evening in Banaras with Kaal Bhairav Darshan, seeking blessings from the guardian deity of the city. Later, we head towards the Ganga Ghats to witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti. We spend the evening walking through the historic ghats, soaking in the spiritual energy of Banaras, and exploring the atmosphere around Manikarnika Ghat and the old city lanes.
Kashi Vishwanath | Subah-e-Banaras | Local Banaras Experience
We start our morning early with Kashi Vishwanath Darshan, followed by the peaceful experience of Subah-e-Banaras by the Ganga. After visiting Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, we stop for a delicious local breakfast and taste one of Banaras' favourites—authentic kachori. Later, we explore Varanasi beyond the usual tourist spots. We visit BHU and Durga Temple, discover local food joints, wander through the colourful galis and alleys of Banaras, and stop along the way for pictures, stories and local experiences.
Sarnath | Dev Diwali Celebration
After breakfast, we head to Sarnath, exploring this historically and spiritually significant destination before returning to Varanasi. As evening arrives, we get ready for the biggest highlight of our trip—Dev Diwali. We witness Varanasi come alive as thousands of diyas illuminate the ghats, creating an unforgettable spectacle along the Ganga. We spend the evening experiencing the celebrations, festive atmosphere and timeless beauty of Dev Bhoomi Varanasi.
