Booking & Cancellation Policy

Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. If TripNaari cancels the trip due to low group size, operational reasons, or adverse weather conditions, travellers will be offered either a 100% refund or a full credit note valid for future travel with TripNaari. If the trip is cancelled due to natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, political unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions, the amount paid will be issued as a credit note for a future TripNaari trip. . Credit notes are issued in the name of the original traveller and may be redeemed against any future TripNaari trip, subject to availability. Credit notes are non-cash, non-transferable, and cannot be encashed under any circumstances. Any non-refundable components such as permits, safari bookings, event tickets, entry fees, or special activity charges may be additionally deducted wherever applicable.
